Tipo de vino: Blanco Joven Semiseco
Variedad: 50% Listán Blanco y 50% Moscatel
PRODUCTION
Fully mature grapes from the Listan Blanco and Muscatel varieties are
pressed. The must obtained is then soil-cleaned and fermented at a controlled
temperature. The fermentation process is intentionally stopped by chilling
the must-wine at 5º C when an exact balance between the acidity
and the sugars is obtained. The wine is moved three times OR the wine
is decanted three times where protein stabilization and colour are insured.
Finally the wine is submitted to tartaric stabilization while cold,
filtration and then bottled.

CHARACTERISTICS
Pale, yellow-green colour. This clear,
pure wine is characterised by a combination of muscatel and fruity aromas.
A perfect balance between the sweet flavour of the unfermented sugars
and the acidity of the wine is detected in gustative. It recall its
mature fruit essence.
