PRODUCTION
A red wine made with mature grapes from the Listan Negro and Negramoll
varieties. Both grapes are cultivated at the highest altitudes in the
region. The stalk-free grape is then cold settled for eight hours. The
gra is pressed, soil-cleaned and the must is fermented al 17ºC.
The wine is moved to XXXX SILOS three times, where protein stabilization
and color are insured. Finally the wine is submitted to tartaric stabilization
while cold, filtration beture and bottling.

CHARACTERISTICS
Lively red color. Intense, re-fuit aroma. Light in the mouth, this wine
is a flavorful are remains in to mouth for long time which recall its
fruit essence.
