Blanco
PRODUCTION
Made by directly pressing the entire bunch of grapes of the Listan Blanco
variety, it is grown at the highest altitudes in the region. The stalk-free
grape is cold settled for a few hours. It is then pressed and the must
obtained is first soil-cleaned and then fermented at a controlled temperature.
The wine obtained is then submitted to three or four decantations, including
clarification, tartaric stabilization when cold and filtration before
finally being bottled.

CHARACTERISTICS
This is a clear, pale-yellow wine with a fruity aroma, broad and lingering
in the mouth.
