PRODUCTION
A red wine made with mature grapes from the Listan Negro and Negramoll
varieties. Both grapes are cultivated at medium altitudes. The stalk-free
grape is then cold settled for ten days at an average temperature of
27ºC in order to obtain the necessary color and TANINO from the
skins. The grape is soil-cleaned and then the must obtained is fermented
in stainless steel SILOS. After several TRASIEGOS the wine is then bottled
and XXXX for three monts in order to achieve it optimal quality.

Total sulphurous acid: 56 mgr/l
Volatile acidity: 0.3 gr/l
Reducing sugars: less than 2 g/l

CHARACTERISTICS
This is a red wine with traces of PURPLISH tones which reflect its young
age. Varietal aromas which leave fruity sensations. Flavortul in mouth,
full enjoyment due to the balance between XXXXXX, the alcohol and its
mild acidty.
